HOW WE DELIVER YOUR DREAM POOL
Building and renovating Award Winning family pools for over 35 years, our clients are delighted with our process.
We set clear expectations for a Brilliant experience that is on time and on budget.
Unlike many other pool builders, we at Brilliant Pools try to make the whole process as easy as possible.
01We don’t complicate it at all.
02We do the initial consultation.
03We cost the job as agreed.
04We finalise the designs after you, the client, has given us the go ahead.
05We organise the approvals process (this requires a few extra bits of information from the client) but again, we will guide you through this.
06Once the relevant Approval Authority is finalised, we revisit the site and reaffirm every stage of the job before commencing any work.
07Once everything is confirmed , we set out the pool.
08We excavate the site.
09We steel it all up as per the engineers requirements.
10Once the steel has been inspected by the engineer, we pour the concrete shell.
11The concrete is allowed to set or 'cure'. This usually takes 28 days (weather permitting).
12While the concrete is curing, we organise the laying of paving and landscaping materials.
13We confirm, finalise and install the pool interior.
14We install the agreed equipment.
15We finalise all items agreed in our proposal.
16We hand the pool over to the customers with a clear and full handover demonstration.
